Starting March 7th at 7pm Mountain Time, Poly Zero Touch will enter a maintenance window through March 11th, 7pm Mountain Time as we complete the migration of PDMS-SP functionality into Poly ZT.
During this time: o Normal Operational Behavior is expected during this time with no impact to existing users or devices claimed through Poly ZT o Existing Devices will continue to operate and perform Zero Touch capabilities o New devices may continue to be claimed through existing interfaces Updates to the timelines as well as any additional information during this window will be communicated through the Poly Cloud Services Status (https://status.plcm.vc)
Partners currently using both tools are asked not to attempt to proactively migrate their own devices or configurations. Post migration workflows for partners who were leveraging both Poly ZT and PDMS-SP will be communicated on the Poly ZT blog prior to the migration window: What's New | Poly ZT Help (https://info.ztp.poly.com/blog)
