The One Touch Dial service will be undergoing routine maintenance on November 18th at 7pm (Mountain Standard Time). Customers may experience intermittent error accessing the One Touch Dial Portal as well as temporary interruptions to endpoints' calendaring during this time period. No action is required from OTD customers at this time.
