Scheduled Database Upgrade – Service Interruption Notice
We are performing a critical database upgrade to improve system performance and reliability.
Maintenance Window:
Date: Saturday, January 31, 2026 Time: 11:00 am - 01:00 pm (UTC) Expected Duration: approximately 2 hours
Service Impact:
During this maintenance window, the following features will be temporarily unavailable:
Core Provisioning Features: • Provisioning of new devices • Configuration updates for existing devices (devices will continue to function normally) • Provisioning Account management (Accounts → Device Provisioning) • Auto-Sync
Inventory & Device Details (for provisioned devices): • Device Groups visibility in Inventory table • Settings and Group Membership • Provisioning Information in the Troubleshooting section
Import/Export: • This feature will be disabled on Friday, January 30th at 11:00 am UTC to protect data integrity and prevent any data loss during the upgrade.
What You Need to Do:
• Complete any critical provisioning, policy changes, or device group updates before the maintenance window • Complete any imports/exports before Friday, January 30th at 11:00 am UTC (when this feature will be temporarily disabled) • Plan to avoid accessing affected features during the maintenance window
Updates:
Once the upgrade process is complete, all services will be fully restored, and you will receive a confirmation notification.
