Subscribe to updates for PolyOS Video Devices (i.e. G7500 and Studio X models) Device Inventory > Device Settings option is greyed out via email and/or text message. You'll receive email notifications when incidents are updated, and text message notifications whenever Poly Cloud Services creates or resolves an incident.
